Kristen Bird has worked on the English faculty of private schools for the past two decades, and she currently teaches juniors and seniors in American and AP Literature at The Kinkaid School in Houston. In 2022, her debut upmarket suspense novel, The Night She Went Missing, was published by HarperCollins. She has since published two standalone novels and is working on a series of three mysteries that will be released in 2025. Kristen is a USA Today Bestselling Author, and she has a passion for speaking to students and faculty about literature, writing, creativity, and the entrepreneurial mindset necessary to survive in publishing.
